Navigate to Your Bay
Open the app and use the pinch-zoomable map to find your destination bay. Available moorings are clearly marked.
Tap the Mooring You Want
Tap any available mooring ball on the map to select it. You'll see details about the mooring before committing.
Tap Reserve
This places the mooring on hold for 4 minutes — just for you. Enough time to complete payment without losing your spot.

First Come, First Serve Moorings
Not every mooring requires a 7am reservation sprint. First Come First Serve (FCFS) moorings are available throughout the BVI — simply sail up, tie on, and pay through the app once you're securely moored. Easy as that.

Managing Your Membership
Adding & Managing Your Crew
Once you're a member, managing your crew is straightforward. Here's how to add crew members, upgrade your plan, and keep your subscription up to date.
Adding Crew Members
To add crew members, navigate to the Membership section in the BoatyBall program. Tap your current subscription and select Upgrade Subscription. Choose the plan that fits your crew size — for example, upgrade from Solo to Duo to add one crew member, or to Trio for two additional members. Complete the upgrade and your new crew members will be added to your plan.

In the Membership section you can see your current subscription plan, a list of all current crew members, your renewal date, and your upcoming subscription details. Your AeroMD (medical evacuation) benefit status is also displayed here for each member.
All in one placeChanging or Cancelling
You can upgrade your plan at any time to add more crew members. If you need to reduce your crew size or cancel your subscription, these options are available within the Membership section of the app. Cancellations take effect at your next renewal date so you keep full access until the end of your current subscription period.
